Polemeo

Polemeo is a Greek word that means “I make war.” We believe that life is full of battles (Ephesians 6:12); but we are not helpless. God has equipped us to be victorious in this life. Our Women's Ministry is designed to help you understand just who you really are in Christ!

Our Women's Ministry is for all ages—we have programs for young and old, and are expanding to meet the needs of working women and professionals. Our events have a friendly atmosphere with a “family feel.”

 Events throughout the year will be designed to draw us closer to the Lord and each other.

 “May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God” (Romans 15:5–7 NIV).

Regular Gatherings

• Wednesday at the Streams (fellowship and Bible studies) 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. Meet in the Chapel for a time of worship and fellowship, then break into classes. Sign up for classes.

• Annual events include Christmas dinner and a Spring Retreat. We also schedule other fun events throughout the year.
• Good Stuff for Young Women. Though a part of Wednesday at the Streams Bible Studies, you can sign up to join this class at any time. Led by Kristina Buckley, this flexible study and group discussion is especially for young women.
• Physical Fitness. As you grow stronger spiritually, you need to grow stronger physically. Programs are available. Click here for classes.
