Dementia/Alzheimer's is on the rise and touches many families. Knowledge is power. The more you know, the more you can help those affected.

This once-a-month lecture series (2nd Saturday, September 2018 - May 2019) is presented by Brian Browne, MS CSA.  Each class meets the second Saturday in the Worship Center Lounge, and includes a 30-minute talk, followed with Q&A time.

No cost. Invite your friends to become educated now—even before the need arises.

The ABC’s of Alzheimer’s & Dementia – September 8

This lecture is designed to enhance understanding of Alzheimer's and will explain the various other types of dementia – including symptoms, diagnosis, disease progression, and treatment options – all in language we can all understand. Alzheimer's disease is the most feared disease for people over 65 but hope is on the horizon. Over 5 million are currently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in the U.S.  This lecture is designed to point people in the right direction for information, care and treatment.
